BEFORE CARE

To ensure the best results from your permanent makeup procedure, please follow these pre-care instructions:

Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood thinners (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, and fish oil) for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Do not tan or sunbathe for at least a week before the procedure. Sun exposure can make your skin sensitive and affect healing.
Avoid skincare treatments (chemical peels, laser, microdermabrasion, etc.) at least two weeks before your appointment.
Keep the area clean and free of makeup on the day of the procedure.
No Botox or fillers in the area at least 4 weeks before the treatment.
Stop using retinol, glycolic acid, or other exfoliating skincare near the treated area at least 7 days before your appointment.
If you have a history of cold sores (herpes simplex), take an antiviral medication before lip procedures to prevent outbreaks.

AFTER CARE

Proper aftercare is essential for achieving the best healing and long-lasting results. Please follow these instructions carefully:

Keep the treated area clean and dry – avoid touching it with dirty hands.
Gently cleanse the area with a damp cotton pad and follow with the recommended aftercare ointment
Avoid excessive moisture – no swimming, saunas, or steam rooms for at least 10 days.
Do not pick, scratch, or peel the scabs – let them fall off naturally to avoid uneven healing.
Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning for at least 4 weeks. Always use SPF once the area is fully healed.
No makeup on the treated area for at least 3 days to prevent infections.
Avoid strenuous exercise and sweating for at least 5-7 days.
Do not use retinol, acids, or strong skincare products near the area until fully healed.
Healing process: The color will fade and may appear patchy during the healing period. Full results will be visible after 4-6 weeks.
A touch-up may be needed.

By following these guidelines, you will ensure the best possible outcome for your permanent makeup.
