Terms and Conditions – La Beauty Visage

Welcome to La Beauty Visage. By booking an appointment or purchasing services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 
Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Terms
   •    All treatments and consultations are carried out in a professional, safe, and hygienic environment.
   •    You must be at least 18 years old to book aesthetic or permanent makeup treatments. Proof of age may be required.
   •    It is your responsibility to provide accurate and honest information regarding your medical history, allergies, or any conditions that may affect your treatment.
   •    Results may vary depending on individual skin types, health, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

2. Booking Policy
   •    All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment.
   •    Deposits can be paid via cash, bank transfer or card payment
   •    Your booking is confirmed only after the deposit has been received.

3. Cancellation Policy
   •    A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
   •    Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
   •    No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be required to pay a fee before booking any future appointments.

4. Late Policy
   •    Please arrive on time for your appointment. 
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being canceled, and the deposit forfeited.
   •    If time permits, I will try to accommodate late arrivals, but this may affect the quality of your treatment.

5. Refund Policy
   •    All deposits are non-refundable unless I cancel the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
   •    Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments and permanent makeup, no refunds will be issued for completed services.
   •    If you experience an issue post-treatment, please contact me within 72 hours to discuss possible solutions or adjustments.

6. Rescheduling Policy
   •    You are allowed one free reschedule, provided you notify me at least 48 hours before your appointment.
   •    Additional reschedules may require a new deposit to secure the booking.

7. Health and Safety
   •    If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to avoid any risk to yourself or others.
   •    I reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for your health condition.
   •    Strict hygiene standards are followed, and all tools are sterilized or single-use.

8. Aftercare Responsibility
   •    Aftercare instructions will be provided following your treatment. 
It is your responsibility to follow these instructions to achieve the best results.
   •    Failure to follow aftercare advice may impact the final outcome of the treatment, for which I cannot be held responsible.

9. Privacy Policy
   •    Your personal information, including medical history and contact details, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
   •    By booking an appointment, you consent to me storing your information for treatment records and follow-up purposes.

10. Photographs
   •    Before and after photographs may be taken for treatment records and marketing purposes.

11. Right to Refuse Service
   •    I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatments if a client is abusive, disrespectful, or fails to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

12. Liability
   •    I’m not liable for any adverse reactions or issues resulting from failure to disclose relevant medical information or improper aftercare.
   •    By proceeding with treatment, you accept the risks involved and agree that results may vary.
